PARTICIPANT
Preparation

THANK YOU FOR PARTICIPATING IN THIS REDEMPTIVE BUSINESS LAB, PROFESSIONAL SERVICES EDITION.

As a participant we ask that you set aside intentional time to spend preparing. Here are a few suggestions on how to prepare, as well as some more detailed information about the event. We’re excited to have you with us!

Honesty > fear of vulnerablity

Each participant will share an informal personal narrative on the first night amongst your peers and the Labs team before the event mentors arrive.

No decks needed for this! This is simply a time to share a condensed version of your life story or a major life inflection point with your peers - we do ask that you spend some time thinking about it in advance just to be considerate of time.

PREPARING TO BE PRESENT

Come to the event fully rested - the days are designed to maximize our time together; the schedule begins early each morning, and concludes late each evening, with optional social time to continue conversations; the days are packed and conversations are often intense.

Prepare your team and families with the expectation that you will be unplugged during the entire event.

Review the Labs agenda.

Our mentors are there for your benefit.  They are available to listen, offer insights and encourage you - as well as challenge you. Take the time to read the mentor bios prior to attending so you have a sense of their backgrounds and expertise.  Think through who you would like to connect with at the lab.
